Lower Back Pain Causes
low back pain would occur once in a while or constantly. Anyway, it is a pain after all. You’d better to do more stretch exercises to improve you weak muscles.
Overuse of muscles, muscles stiffed or any injuries to the muscles are all likely to lead to low back pain. In rarely cases, spinal deformation or illness can bring low back Pain too.
Different amount of risk factor shows the chances you may have back pain. A risk factor indicates that you are likely to have back pain, and then, more risk factors show that you are more likely to suffer back pain.
The risk factors can be divided into unchangeable and changeable. The unchangeable factors include middle-aged, male, having a family history of back pain, having previous back injury, being pregnant, having born spine problem, etc. The changeable factors are not doing exercise, long time sitting, lifting heavies, bending, repeated movements, cautiously shaking. However, these risk factors can be changed with the change of lifestyle or medical treatment.
In additional to the above changeable and unchangeable factor, we should pay much attention to our lifestyles. Improper and unreasonable lifestyle may increase the chances of having lower back pain. For example, comparing with nonsmokers, smokers are more likely to have lower back pain. Being too fat shows that you are in a poor physical condition and having weakness muscles, which can lead to Back Pain easily. The normally slumping or slouching alone can not lead to back pain, while if your have had back injury previously, these improper posture can worse the back pain. Stress and other emotional factors are attached great importance to the low back pain, especially the chronic back pain. Most of us are more likely to tight our muscles under great pressures unconsciously. Using long-term medicines, especially those painkillers, will weak our bone, and then lead to back pain. Therefore, in our daily life, we must develop a good lifestyle gradually.
